THE FREE WORKSHEET
This isn't a scorecard.
Where your energy and satisfaction actually are, right now.
A worksheet for drawing that one-page map.
WHAT YOU NEED
Paper and a pen
TIME NEEDED
About and hour
You don't have to finish it in one sitting. It's fine to stop and pick it up again the next day.
Just look at the diagram below and write in your notebook as you go. Feel free to print it out and write directly on it.
01
THE EIGHT AREAS OF LIFE
Look at your life across eight areas
The vague sense that things “aren't quite working” is really several separate things, tangled together. We split it into eight. That sharpens the resolution on your own satisfaction with life.

An annotated version showing what each of the eight areas covers. Draw the same shape in your notebook.
Starting from “Purpose & Meaning” and moving counter-clockwise, the eight areas run: Money → Career & Success → Home → Health & Body → Family & Friends → Love Life → Play & What Absorbs You.
02
HOW TO DO IT
Three steps to work through
Step 01
Score the eight areas
Without overthinking it, give each of the eight areas a score from 1 (empty) to 10 (full). Not how it “should” be — how it actually feels right now. Trust the first number that comes to mind.
Once you've filled it in, step back and look at the overall shape. It's enough to quietly notice — “ah, this is where I'm satisfied, and this is where I'm not.”
Step 02
Notice the weight, and where your energy points
At the centre of the diagram it says “Attention and energy.” Think about where most of your time and effort are actually going right now.
How does your body react? Heavy, or light?
Then compare that with the scores from Step 1.
Is there an area you're pouring energy into, but scoring low?
Is there an area you're not putting energy into, but that keeps nagging at you?
Step 03
Choose 2–3 points of leverage
Suppose 2 or 3 areas could reach a 10 — full, the way you scored them in Step 1. Which slice would move your overall sense of satisfaction the most?
Once you've chosen, write down why it would have that much impact.
Then ask yourself:
Is that really where you want to
put your energy, right now?
“Should” — or “want to”?
The 2–3 you chose in Step 3 are your priorities.
You've now organised the clues you need for where to start — and where it will move your life the most.
03
WHAT COMES NEXT
Starting to walk the map you've drawn
Once you can see who you want to become, the next thing is moving. Here's a closer look at what happens in a session.
In coaching sessions, we set your ideal self as the destination, and work on arranging your thinking and actions so you can move toward it on something closer to autopilot. What we take into account here is how the brain works.
We feel strong resistance whenever we try to leave what's familiar — our current situation. That familiar range is called the “comfort zone.” However painful reality actually is, if you've stayed there, that's your comfort zone.
So why do we stay, even when it hurts? Because the fear of venturing into the unknown looks bigger than the pain we're already feeling. Struggling to change isn't a sign of weak will. It's how the brain is built.

With that mechanism in mind, sessions work with two things, broadly.
01
Have you set your goal too small?
Is the goal you're picturing already shaped by what feels within reach right now (your comfort zone) — money, time, what others might think? Has some assumption quietly built itself in, without you noticing?
You're pressing the accelerator, wanting to change — while those assumptions are pressing the brake, shouting “too scary!” We work through the session to find out what assumptions you're actually carrying.
02
Redesign the brain's autopilot
Neural pathways that get used repeatedly grow thicker, and signals travel through them more easily. Pathways that go unused grow thinner. A new way of thinking is still a thin trail through the undergrowth. It takes real effort to push through. And because the brain favours efficiency, left alone, it will always default to the wide, cleared road.
So we push through that thin trail, again and again, until it clears into a path of its own. To make the autopilot's destination “who you want to become” instead of “who you've always been,” we build a kind of strength-training programme for your thinking, together. You'll take home a worksheet after every session.
Ground Check session
€50
/ 60min
If a session sounds like the right next step, why not start with a Ground Check?
If you go on to the five-session package afterwards, €50 is deducted from the five-session price (still five sessions).
